Rudy Akili is a visionary entrepreneur who transformed the Indonesian travel landscape as the founder of Smailing Tour. Under his leadership, the brand became a global benchmark for premium tourism, built on elite partnerships and international excellence.
In 1997, after decades of defining the industry, he transitioned from daily operations to a strategic role. Today, he focuses on private ventures, high-level investments, and selective advisory work. His legacy remains a cornerstone of the group’s heritage, reflecting a journey from operational mastery to broader entrepreneurial pursuits and lifestyle leadership.
Anthony is the President & CEO of Smailing Group, Indonesia’s largest travel management company. Starting his career in Hawaii as a tour guide, he later returned to lead Smailing’s strategic planning and global operations.
An award-winning leader, he was named SWA Magazine’s “Best CEO.” Under his tenure, Smailing has been consistently recognized as Indonesia’s most admired travel company, known for its world-class excellence and innovation.
Bernard Akili is a dynamic commercial leader who drives revenue growth through integrated marketing, business development, and high-level supplier partnerships across retail and wholesale sectors.
Also serving as Managing Director of MCI Indonesia, he delivers high-impact MICE solutions. With an MBA in Finance and a background in operations, Bernard blends data-driven strategy with deep travel expertise to scale market presence.
Jason Lim is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of global experience, currently serving as Smailing Group COO. He oversees a diversified travel ecosystem, including corporate travel and luxury services, with a focus on strategic execution.
