Hanlie Muliani, M.Psi, Psikolog

Hanlie Muliani is a child, adolescent, and educational psychologist. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Unika Atma Jaya and her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Indonesia.

Hanlie is the Founder of SOA (Psychological & Educational Support Center) and the Co-Founder of the School of ChiLD & the Teens Department of the School of ChiLD. She is also the author of two books: “Understanding Why Children Bully” and “How to Deal with Your Child.”

She holds certifications as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, a Career Direct Consultant (USA), and in Orton-Gillingham therapy for children with dyslexia.

Hanlie has completed several international trainings, including Parent Effectiveness Training by Gordon Training International Ltd. (Australia), Social Thinking (USA), Positive Discipline (Singapore), and the Council of International Fellowship’s International Professional Exchange Program (Austria).

Juliawaty Budiman is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a deep passion for helping individuals and families thrive and build stronger, healthier relationships. Specializing in supporting teenagers, young adults, individuals, and families, she brings a unique combination of professional excellence and authentic personal understanding to her practice.

As a devoted wife of 33 years and mother of two married children, she understands family dynamics from both clinical and lived perspectives. Her therapeutic approach seamlessly integrates evidence-based techniques including CBT, EFT, DBT, and Family Therapy with genuine empathy developed through decades of navigating real family experiences.

She offers comprehensive counselling services designed to help individuals and families reach their fullest potential, including individual therapy, family counselling, couple therapy, parenting guidance, and psychological assessments. Whether clients are individuals seeking personal growth, families facing parenting challenges, couples with relationship difficulties, or parents supporting teenagers through challenging times, Juliawaty Budiman provides compassionate, personalized support tailored to each client’s unique needs. Lucia Bulan, S.Psi., Psikolog

Lucia Bulan is a registered psychologist in Indonesia, graduated from Atma Jaya University. She has a strong passion in psychological assessments. She has experience conducting psychological assessment for student, child, teen, dan management of educational institutions (school leaders, teachers, and staff). Lucia Bulan has conducted an assessment process for tens of thousands of students from the Kindergarten to High School Level.

She is also equipped herself with Assessor Certifications from Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI)

Nita Anja, M.Psi., Psikolog

Nita Anja is a registered clinical psychologist in Indonesia. She works closely with teenagers and young adults, helping them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. She also has professional experience in corporate human resources.

She has a vested interest in children’s development and education, especially as a mother of two.

fransiska ajeng

Fransiska Ajeng, M.Psi., Psikolog

Fransiska Ajeng is a registered psychologist in Indonesia with more than four years of experience specializing in Psychological Assessment, Learning Difficulties, Children with Special Needs, and Behavioral Problems. She also has been active as a Bullying Prevention Consultant, Social Learning Coach, and Educational Therapist.

As an educational therapist, Fransiska has helped children with dyslexia in dealing with their difficulties in reading, writing, and reading comprehension, thereby improving their academic performance. Equipped herself with several training, such as Teacher Effectiveness Training, effective communication and counseling, the therapy process will touch and work on the child’s self concept as well.

Robert Pereira, B.Sc. Dip. Ed, M.A. Hons

Since 1992, Robert has been a consultant to National and International Schools on the universal problem of school bullying. He provides teachers and parents with a sound educational and psychological model that addresses the core reasons as to why children and teens bully. Apart from Australian schools, this model has been valued by international schools in New Zealand, Seoul, Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Singapore, Jakarta, Hyderabad and Kathmandu. He is author of a resource entitled: ‘Why We Bully’ (6th. edition – 2017).

Prior to engaging in full-time consultancy on this contentious issue, he was a High School Science teacher from 1973 to 1991, as well as student counsellor in the schools where he has taught.

Shirley Valentino is a registered Psychologist in Indonesia passionate about psychological assessments and counseling. She has experience in several areas of Human Resources, such as Recruitment and Selection, Learning Development, and Employee Engagement.

Studied psychology at Atmajaya Catholic University for Strata-1 and a professional degree, the continued to learn at Pelita Harapan University for Magister Management. She has experience conducting psychological assessments and counseling for students, organizations, and the community.

Cliff Ariesta

Cliff Ariesta Tedyanto, M.Psi., Psikolog

Cliff Tedyanto is a clinical psychologist who integrates counseling, logotherapy, brief psychodynamic therapy, and clinical hypnotherapy to support healing and growth. He works with teens and young adults facing religious OCD, anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, and other life challenges. Cliff explores the intersection of spirituality and mental health, with a special focus on healthy masculinity and men’s issues. Beyond therapy, he writes on mental health and Catholic spirituality, produces guided audios, leads workshops and support groups, and hosts engaging mental health chats, both online and in person.
